Are you coming to the Philippines as a Fiancee?
Are you taking a Fiancee out if the country ?
What country are you coming from or going to ?

Without knowing that, the answers could be way off mark..

for example: check the Australian government website for fiancee visa's: http://www.immi.gov.au/visas/pages/300.aspx
