Sponser not agreed to transfer Visa

I have a new job with better package. I have completed more than 3 years in my present company. But current sponser not agreed to give me transfer. What will be best solution to force my sponser. Since i have setteled with this current visa, i dont want to go on exit and come back on new visa. This can be the last last ..option.

In my knowledge you can't do any thing your kafeel has the right to give you exit
You just try to convince him
