Hi there,

I'm seeking advice on behalf of my mum who lives in Mauritius. Basically, she is one of the remaining 7 children and both my grandparents have passed away intestate. There's been a dispute over the land of my grandparents and my uncles have prohibited all my aunties including my mum from the land.

I would really appreciate it of somebody could advise me as to my mum's position and whether she can raise any claim since my uncles have already built houses on part of the land.

Many thanks.
Sandra

plus get some advice from a reliable and good " notaire" on the island.  The may suggest to take legal steps to ensure that everyone is treated equally.
