Just like many other places, furnished accommodation will always be considerably more costly than unfurnished. Consider what comes with the package? Are utility bill included for example?

My advice is to always look for accomodatuon personally.....never appoint a representative. Don't forget that prices are negotiable. Never agree the first price you are offered.
