Usually the company who hires the candidate from the philippines will be the one to pay for it... the company also paid for the service fee and government processing fees to the agency... the agency might be charging double from the company or the candidate if they are asking for processing or visa fee. What is the name of the agency if you don't mind?

hi as i read in the visa process procedure in the philippine saudi embassy the visa fee is 50riyal or 14USD only for working visa. i must suggest you go the agency and clarify about the 15k payment for visa if it is including the placement or what..dont give the money if they cant tell you everything.
