About moving to Suzhou, please advise

Hi all, my name is nizam from malaysia and I am about to move myself in Suzhou this coming August.
Would anybody help me to figure out how would be the weather over there normally now, this should help me to priorities my packing.
As well if anybody can help me to clarify how would I get connected to the internet? Would it be expensive to subscribed?

I saw in some forum post, that few houses have internet and the owners include the price in rent itself. Let's see if some one gives a valid reply.

Hi, i m from Malaysia too!
going to autumn soon! quite cold...like Genting ! haha..but is very cold in winter..
about internet fees is not really expensive lah...
you come for work or study?
