Need help : register marriage in Latvia

Hello friends my name is mehran I am basically from Pakistan I live in cyprus I got married with a Latvian girl now We want to go to Latvia to register our marriage so plz some one can help what are the requirements to register marriage in Latvia

If you had permission to marry in one EU country, it should be valid in every EU country. If you are in Cyprus, go to the Latvian Embassy and they can register the marriage, but you should not need to as the Cypriot authorities should allow you a residency permit for the EU if the marriage was done under CY law.
