Hello! I am currently in jubail and wanting to ask about female gyms with reasonable prices. I am wanting to lift weights so im not just looking to use a treadmill. Also are there any places to buy proteins such as whey and casien for females? Thank you!!

there is no official gym in jubail but only some gyms available in people houses

As far as I know in Jubail industrial area:
1. Intercontinental hotel
2. Karan hotel (I heard it is expensive)
3-Huywailat center (opened in few months ago)
4-Fanateer center

Honestly, I have no idea about the prices and I do not know if there is lift weights in any of these gyms mentioned above but you can check with them.

Well if its just lifting weights then just by the free weights from any sports shop and do the workout at home !!

And for proteins, you can BUY it at the GNC store or just travel across to Bahrain to get some !!
