What is your favorite food in Palestine?
What is the local speciality?

Although Palestine and Jordan are almost the same in the cuisine, there is one dish I like very much.
And because its original Palestine, I post it here.
It is mushakhan ( I hope I spell it correctly):
Its chicken with lots of caramelized onions and sumac (red spice which taste a bit like lemon) baked on special thick bread with olive oil in the oven and topped with toasted pine nuts.
If I eat this, I cant get enough of it...
