Hi , i exit from saudi arabia legally and i i have exit papers as well but now i heard company blacklisted me . Can i go to other countries like dubai and kuwait

I think you can...unless and untill its not pertain to any financial fraud.

If you were involved in any loan / credit card defaulter List, you must be arrested on any GCC airport and Will either handover to KSA or deport to your Home country.

Yes you can go to any GCC country for work except KSA !!

Company cannot blacklist you.. its just intimidation to scare the employees. Unless you did some financial fraud!
