TAKE CARE _ BOMBS

Post new topic

Fred

Without getting into debate - just keep an eye open for odd behaviour when in western style places, bars, or other areas these people might attack.
They tend to manage a few before the cops shoot them dead.

Jakarta. Indonesian police have blamed Islamist radicals for a low-powered explosive that detonated in the toilet of a mall on the outskirts of Jakarta on Thursday that mirrored a blast at another mall in February.

CCTV footage showed a man walking into the toilet at the ground floor of the Alam Sutera mall, on the western outskirts of the capital, carrying a bag and exiting shortly before the blast occurred.

“We’ve got the CCTV [recording] and also an idea [of who the suspect might be],” Insp. Gen. Tito Karnavian, the chief of the Jakarta Police, told reporters on Saturday. “But we can’t disclose any more information pending the investigation.”

Tito, who previously headed the police’s elite counterterrorism unit, Densus 88, said it was likely that radicals linked to the Islamic State were behind the blast, in which no one was injured.

WARNING

The pointless nut jobs who forgot to join the 'collect brains here' queue when the Almighty manufactured them have struck again, this time with another bomb in Mall @ Alam Sutera.

These morons managed to plant a bomb in the mall's toilets, injuring a major threat to Islam, some poor sods who happened to be doing severe evil by trying to earn an honest living working in a restaurant.
As you might well have gathered, I have little time for such idiots and live in hope the police will shoot them whilst they try to escape, regardless of if they're trying to escape or not.

Rant aside, these idiots are on the loose, so please keep an eye out when in malls for all the usual stuff.

Unattended bags
People who just look out of place, or behave in odd ways.
Cars or trucks left in 'No Parking' zones in front of buildings.
Chemical smells or fumes that seem out of place

See anything wrong, get in touch will mall security but without running or otherwise drawing any attention to yourself.
I don't see it being long before these silly sods graduate to suicide vests or gun attacks, so alerting them to your suspicions might make any situation worse.

These fools are a tiny minority in a country full of lovely people, so don't get bad ideas about Indonesia because of them.

Seems a suspect has been nabbed.
Turns out he was just a thief trying to blackmail the mall.
Request to the judge - The bomber has hurt an innocent dude just trying to earn an honest living - give the guilty party at least 50 years behind bars.

Hmmm, check out the far right photo...the latest model Colt AR-15 (M-16) assault rifle.  I wonder, maybe that's why Jokowi just visited Obama?  A little shopping perhaps?   :/
