Polish seaman looking for a Philipino song!

Hi guys!
I guess it might be not the right place to ask, but I'm desperate and I have no idea wherelse i might ask this question.
I'm Polish seaman and, as you could guess, I've been working with Philipino crew many times. I am looking for a Philipino song they've been playing when I was on board. Obviously I don't remember any lyrics but i remember the video. Song was sung by some guy (hip-hop artist i guess) and a very pretty woman in a red dress. During choirs this guy and a woman were on a stage singing in some concert/show. Other part of this song was just this guy doing rap in many different places. It's just a simple pop music, nothing very sophisticated. I know its not a lot of information but i hope you guys can help me.

I think you need to remember some of the lyrics ( 1 line perhaps), so we can identify what is the song
