Can i use by Italian long term stay document to move to spain?

I'm a Ghanaian living in Italy for the past 8 years, I live in verona, and like to make friends and know more about immigration laws, my hobby is travelling. I'm soo happy to be a member of the house.

I will be going to Spain next month, I have a valid Italian long term stay document, but it's not electronic or card, I want to know if I can use it. It's in a paper form.
