Furnished or Unfurnished ?

When I was in Makati, the best I saw was about 22,000 for a furnished place.

Makati City is just about the most expensive part of the Philippines.

Back in 2012 a post on here said: "found a Php 25,000 condo in Makati which is really cheap but rare. Makati prices can be pretty crazy" https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.p … 871#864217

Another website says:
Makati City Average rental price: PHP 53,241
