If you specifically want Singaporeans then try SingCham. They organise monthly social events.

If you want something with a more international flavour then our regular Tuesday networking evenings might be of interest.

The events are held in the bars of some of the best hotels in town but at affordable prices. For example Hilton Wangfujing, Hilton Beijing and Ritz-Carlton. Contact me a few days before the Tuesday you wish to attend and I will send you the info.
