Cannot upload attachment

Hello sir,

Can you help me why i cannot upload my document to update my attachment in my profile at Saudi council of engineers? If i upload it it goes perfectly fine no error notification but when i view the file it is not updated.

You Possibly haven't maintained the required Resolution and Size of the document.
Scan all your documents and Verify all the details thrice before moving to next step. You will have to attach following documents in the online registration form:-
Copy of Iqama
Employment Letter
Authorization Letter
Copy of Engineering Degree Certificate duly attested by the Saudi Embassy
Engineering grade sheet
Passport Copy
Picture (200X200 pixels)
CV
