But ONLY if you can own the Land aswell.

The above does NOT apply to Expats in the Philippines.


THIS does apply to Expats in the Philippines:

Real estate CAN be lost or stolen, and it be carried away (at least the ownership documents).
Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, and you can still lose the lot !!

I think you should post full details, so that everyone can see what you are selling and how.

Everyone will be interested to know how a foreigner can own land, when the Philippines Constitution says we can't.
