@miket: You can rent a motorbike without VN driving license. Just need $$$. Normally, 200.000 vnd (=1o usd)/day. You can deal to get cheaper price.

when i passed through HCMC last summer all i needed to get a bike was to show the rental place some cash and before i knew it i had a vespa
