Hi everyone! I just recently came to HCM becouse of my husband's job.
We have 1year and 3 month old son, who has bad milk allergy also.
Maybe someone can give me some advices like

- where do you buy nice fresh meat, fish etc
-where you can find organic vegetables and fruits
- where you can buy almond milk/rice milk, soy yogurts
- where to find cereals, not containing milk

I found soy milk formula ( it was quite hard), if someone need, ask me where!
P.S. If there is similar topic already, sorry, couldn't  read it all...

I buy everything at BigC. Even formula milk powder for my wife and baby.

Fradulent formula milk is rampant in Vietnam. Don't buy liquid pre-mixed milk. My wife says they use expired or near expired formula milk.

Stick to the big grocery chains unless you know what to spot in your food. Might be pricier but at least you'll get some assurance the food won't make you sick.

Thank you for comment!
Yeah I went to BigC, the one in Parkson. Unfortunately couldn't find formula that my baby can drink (for milk protein allergy) and all cereal there also contains milk...
