First, you check Colleges, Universities or City Colleges and fields that interest you.
In the meantime, you want to pass your SAT or prepare ESL programs for foreign students to score the level asked by the school you want to enroll at.

Then, you fill the application form for foreign students and they will guide you through visa J1 if you are eligible.

However, you can start to save money now or get ready to spend what you've saved because education is expensive!.... though, your student visa allows you to work part time student jobs which will help you have fun and pay rent.
