How to pay for local HAJ 2015

Salam,
I booked one package through local haj portal. It asked me to deposit the money in the IBAN account. I transferred the amount through local saudi fransi branch but now the problem is that it is still showing that payment is not received. One thing that troubles me is that IBAN number is for single account, so how will they know who has made the payment. I am a little worried now because on one side the booking will expire in next 24 hours and on the other side I have already paid the amount which is still unaccounted.
Anyone facing same problem or any solution for this, please post it here.
You can't transfer you have to make a deposit in person

When did you pay?? Did you contact the HAJ Operator??
I paid yesterday and yes i contacted the hajj operator. They said it will be updated by itself we cant do much at this step.

Well i did booking in low cost but till now i did not pay due to the confusion which you have,you paid online or paid at the branch??
I'm looking for a list of English speaking Hajj agents. Any help would be highly appreciated.
I paid at the branch and still has its receipt. But problem is if you don't pay(take risk) your booking will expire.
I read it somewhere that you need to add your application number and Iqama in description during the transfer.
Please let us all know if you get any more information ..
You can check all the available packages on ministry website. You can call the hajj operator before making the booking to confirm if they are english speaking group or not. Hope this helps.

I have made online transfer to local beneficiary and local haj is unable to show updates.

actually as far as i know IBAN number is Unique number associated with the account number.
the IBAN numbers issued by HAJ ministry is different for all haj operators,but i am not sure either it is different for all the customers even they are belong to same HAJ Operator.
below is IBAN numbers of me and my friend booking
IBAN LAST DIGITS 17868 HAJ Operator Moasasa Hassan Taufeeque
IBAN 08487 HAJ Operator Shirkah Rakaz al mateen
No mine ended with 5970.
Well atleast this is somewhat comforting and we can presume that the IBAN's are related to specific haji operators.
In addition to all this the local haj website is so slow and reaponding to reservation inquiry.
If anyone find a solution or has any updates please share.
IBAN number should be unique for each customer otherwise it will be impossible for the hajj ministry to identify who has made the payment. My primary concern right now is that if somehow the transaction is not processed by early morning tomorrow then I will loose the package and will have to go through hell to get my paid money back .. well fingers are crossed, lets see what happens .. I will update here if I get any more information.
My reservation also expires tomorrow morning. I will go to my agent today and submit all relevant documents(vaccination, iqama copy, passport, etc.) with the bank receipt. May be they will pull something off. If every agent has their own account / IBAN, they must have access to it as well.

Ok so I saw your post earlier, and after just having a word with my agent, I HADto post a reply here to share what I know.
The agent says that the only way of making a payment is through bank. Go there and show your booking confirmation (which has the confirmation code) to the cashier and make the payment. This way it will be updated in the system automatically sometime later (not right away) and you will not be required to do anything else.
Hope it helps to make the payment for you all. I will update here after making the payment this way tomorrow. If anyone else does it before, please do share your experience. May Allah make it easy for us and accept our Haj. Ameen

I have returned from the bank and paid the amount somewhere around 2:45 PM (KSA Time). Will keep monitoring the website and will update if there is any change in the payment status.
On a side note, my hajj operator (Asad Madani Group) has also requested me to bring a copy of the bank slip in the evening, "for his records and updates". Maybe he will do something then.
With regards to online transfers, the agent told me to avoid it as there is a risk of the payment not being transferred in time before the deadline..and the registration getting cancelled.

Just to add to the IBAN topic, Me and my mate have registered through the same Agent, and our IBAN's are different. So i am guessing it might be customer specific.
Good to hear that IBANs are applicant specific. Hope Hajj Ministry updates the payment before the deadline.
Did you check with your agent ?
I called him and he told me to check with ministry as they don't have any control over the payments.
Hi guys managed to get in touch with the agent, He said it a problem being faced by all their customers, also informed me that they are in contact with MOH to find answers
And He also said that there are different IBANs for different customers...
My agent also said the same thing. Almost all my group applicants have paid the fee but nobody's account has been updated on the portal. He said that the payment will not go anywhere since every applicant has been given a different IBAN associated with the Booking number. It is just a matter of ministry updating all the payments. He also said there is nothing any agent can do, until the ministry update the payments. Once the payments are updated, only then any agent can start dealing with the applicant.
My advice is to keep your paper work ready. All the applicants in KSA are facing the same issue. InshAllah all will be well soon.

Can you please confirm when you got the message and how did you pay the money ?
Alhamdulilah got an SMS from Hajj stating that payment for reservation is complete.
I paid today morning at around 10 AM using online banking, Transfer to local Beneficiary.
Now just need to check it out on their web site but the website is showing error maybe due to heavy traffic.
no one talking about ...who we are couldn't process through online ....now ,where we will get registered hajj agency ???

According to ministry site the deadline has been extended from 48 hours to 72 hours.
That is some relief now, lets hope every one gets their payment confirmation by tomorrow

I made my payments online.
the beneficiary name I entered was the name of my tour operator.
I could not find any place for entering the booking reference, I just transferred the amount at around 10 AM yesterday and at Maghreb time I got sms that the payment is complete.
I hope that helps.
The ones who got an SMS that the Payment has been received, Have you checked the local hajj portal, does it show that the payment is received ? In my case even after getting the SMS the portal reservation inquiry reads waiting payment.
