Maybe you should also post this in The Hague's Classifieds -> Classes, Other section which has been specially designed for such ads.

Hi megan,
I am a photographer in the utrecht area. I taught myself illustrator with my knowledge of photoshop. I'm not an expert, but I may be able to help. I've gotten prey familiar with it from building catalogs and designing logos and promo material.
