Hi,

I had an appointment with the Dutch embassy in Turkey where they collected my biometrics data and I got my MVV at the start of January. It has been well over 2 weeks since my appointment in the embassy, so my data should have been sent to the IND Desk. I made an appointment to collect my residence permit, however, today I got a mail from the IND Desk saying that they did not have my residence permit and according to their information I did not apply for one. I called the IND Desk and they said that they did not have my biometrics data in their system. What could be the reason for that? I suppose I can submit my data in the Netherlands upon arrival but I was wondering if there could be any other problem?

Strange, contact the Dutch Embassy in Turkey and ask them what their procedure is so you have a clear sight on it.
