Travel Agent Approach extra money in Fixing Saudi Visa Profession ?

As-Salam-Alakum & Greeting for the Day To everyone..

My brother worked for 13 year in a govt firm in Riyadh, SA from 1993 to 2005 as computer operator (profession), after 10 years he again wanted to go to saudi, but on a labour visa. ( passed his medical stepping towards visa endorsement process were the processing fee was already given to the agent.)

Past 2 weeks back my brother's visa was submitted by a well know Agent for endorsement, now the agent asks extra Rs 12000, to fix visa profession issue saying that

"There are some complications between the old visa profession and the new visa profession mis-match.!"

My Brothers & Friends do you have any knowledge regarding the above issue, or have you ever faced such situation ? pls help me providing your valuable advices..ASAP

Well Your agent is correct, one you entered the kingdom on certain profession like (engineer or technician) then again you want to enter the kingdom, your profession should be same or near to your old profession,
you cannot enter on a labor profession again so better it would be advisable ask for same profession visa or accept the Travel agent demand for getting the Visa endorsed.

my friend deposited passport to agent for saudi arabia visa stamping 30 June 2015 but yet visa not stamped. Almost 54 days passed. Agent says I forwarded to Saudi Embassy Karachi. Plz can u help me
