This was covered before and I will mention it again.

Your son needs to prepare a letter addressed to Embassy requesting extension of Exit Reentry for the mentioned reasons. He also would need to attach tickets etc to show them he will travel to the kingdom immediately after his exams.

If he is under your sponsorship you can extend his exit reentry visa through your Abshar account, check your Abshar account , renew his Iqama & extent his exit reentry

I heard recently that MoI rules ve been amended lately & this option was no longer available for any one who wants to return after ER/E visa has been expired. He must wait till 3 years before one cud return back to SA.
I've tried to write MoI but no one responded eitherway.

After iqama renewal , can I issue new ERE visa thru Abshar even though in Saudi Passports record it didn't  show person has returned back to SA.
