Greeting all! After long conversations,finally decided

I think this event has to be conducted on regular basis, so that we can expect more people to join. And I have one more suggestion. If it is scheduled on Thursday nights, it will be convenient for the people who work on Saturdays. It's only a suggestion. What you think?
