Transfer sponsor...new sponsor no visa

Please help!!

My contract will end this month. I already have a request letter of transfer and gave it to our HR. They said that they refuse to give me the transfer because of the visas that they will be losing. In that note, is there any way I could be able to transfer to my prospect employer without exiting the country? My prospect employer doesn't have visa ready but is willing to make the transfer for me.

It all depends on you current employer if they want they can release you so that you can join another new job ! If you are on your current employ Visa then its difficult and there are less chances that they will release you !
Best wait until your new employer get the visa for you, then you can exit KSA from the present job and re-enter again on a new visa of new job !
