KSA medical screening- clarification needed

I am confused. I know women/dependents who never had chest rays or exams once they landed in KSA (only blood work and TB test). Why do I hear both answers?

Some have X rays if they took that vaccine against TB - BCG-vaccinated. If you have that you will always come out positive after the skin test, in order for them to make sure you're not infected, they X ray you.
