Kartanzjan - UK Expat

Hello

I am checking this for my parents who are over 60, if they moved over at any point to Malta would they be able to get a Kartanzjan card, I have checked websites and it mentions ID card but wasn't sure if that included eResidency.

my neighbours have a card that says 60+ on it and got them the blue bus pass so its similar

The e-residence card includes the 60 + card .

The tallinja card is issued as `concession`card if you are over 60 with or without e-residence card! It is just linked to the age of the applicant and gives access to the cheaper rates ( 25 cent for single trip).
