Have a nice day people,,I'm just confused why the dFa failed to accept VoTers regIsTRATIon record as Valid I'd,,,they will look for the id itself,,,what I mean is The government didn't issue the Id as soon as possible actually we are very much eager to have that Id,,we have to wait how many years before we handled that id,,ending is we lost the opportunity to gRab the job opportunity abroad,,additional unstable people of the Philippines,,,what I'm trying to say is please be considerate, voters Registraton record cost us 100 pesos,,,Then it will be Put into trash because the dfa refused to consider it,,,have mercy specially to us who's really struggled hard to have a passport,,,we can't afford to go back and forth to dfa,,I hope that you'll consider the nso, nbi, local birth baptismal, vrr,Phil health id,postal id,please please

Hi :) ,
Well if your born and raise here in the philippines, you should know by now how our government agencies are working dear..voter's id once filed, you can get the voter's id after 3 long boring years. Lucky for some people that some governments agencies now can process faster than before. Philheath can be process in a day as long as you have 2400php on hand, the id is included but the lamination is not. The sss id is free if your employed by a company or any government office but if your not employed there a fee of 350php and you can get it after a month or 2. Theres no such nbi id, only nbi clearance and the fee is 115php, etheir its local or abroad. The tin id is free if your currently employed, but the id lamination is not free. The postal is a week process but to many requirements just to get a postal id, and the fee is 450php. These id fees maybe different in some places like in cavite the post office there ask 500php fee on postal id. DFA only accept application is you have NSO birthcertificate / civil registry birthcerfiticate and valid ids such as sss, driver's licence, PRC id, voter's id and other valid id. NBI clearance is not a valid id, its only a supporting documents. same as voter's registration form validated by comelec. If DFA is strict on such requirements its because passport is our identity as a person. I, myself was 2x denied by DFA when i was applying for my passport due to my given name. Mis spelled by the nurse at the hospital, so i dont have choice but to follow our SNAIL system of government, it took me months just to get a passport. Not just that, i updated all my records starting from the baptismal, nbi, philhealth, pag-ibig, diplomas, certificates, school records and all my valid ids. The long line drama, traffic, and snail long process plus rain and shine weather we have. So dont complain because its a normal thing of our system here. In every country theres a house rules, same as our country so live with it. I survived all those hard days just to get a passport. Surely you can survive too.  :):one

Well thanks for the encouraging words,,,actually its not about me,,its about my friends who wasn't been employed and been issued by any government Ids,,they only have Phil health issued by government for indigent people,,,then Nso,and nbi clearance,,birth from local,,what I'm trying to say is where does the voters id came from?its from the vrr right?so why can't they consider it As a replacement for voters id,,,Anyways that's only my opinion,,like what you've said every house have the rules to obey,,,thanks again,,,

Good day :) ,
Theres is supporting valid ids that she/he can pass to the DFA, like NBI clearance, postal id, TIN id, or DWSD id plus the nso birthcertificate or civil registry birthcertificate. DFA dont accept philhealth id because philhealth is non government health provider, thats why DFA dont consider philhealth id. About the voter vrr that you said, as far as i know its not really consider as a valid id.. Once id is laminated with your signature thats considered as valid id. And she can check the list of requirement supporting valid ids online on DFA web site. I understand how hard it is for her/his situation now. She/he dont know where to start or what to do first. I been there thats why i know :)
