Sorry but you can do salah at your house,no such dedicated place for salah for women in delhi/ncr region.

There r so many places for women Salah in Delhi like rahmani madarsa near kalindi kunj shaheen bagh south Delhi' jama Masjid and Salam jama Masjid jait pur and God grace school kanchan Kunj madanpur khadar. You can go And offer Salah by congregation. May I know your name and your country name?

Yes there are many palaces to pray a salat for Eid,
