Negotiating Compound move with sponsor company advicr

Does anyone have experience negotiating a compound move with your sponsor company? My sponsor company put me on Fal compound, which is not a western compound, and is not up to the standard that was presented to me when I signed the contract. They signed a full year lease so I'm stuck here for one full year. They are open to moving me and 3 colleagues to another compound when the year is up. Does anyone know of more modern western compounds that are comparable price wise to Fal compound? Also, I've visited AL Naklah and that would be my compound of choice. Any information on what you or your sponsor company have negotiated with AL Naklah?
