Looking for social group in Cancun

Good afternoon Expat Forum
We are brand new to this site
First time writing on the forum
We are Tammy and Danny from Montreal, Canada.
I am Airline Pilot with Air Canada and I will travel back and forth between Cancun and Canada for my job
Tammy will be in Cancun full time looking for work.
We would like to join Social groups in Cancun in the next few weeks or months.
We will be moving to Cancun starting October, November.
We will be looking for work in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality.
How difficult is it to find work in the Travel, Tourist or Hospitality industry in Cancun like Tour Operator selling tours to tourists?? Working in Bars or Hotels, Restaurants??
We know we need that work permit Temporary Visa. First we will find a place like around Playa or Puerto Morelos that we really like
We also have lots of Business ideas.
Hope to hear from you with social groups we could join in Cancun or Playa area starting October, November.
Feel free to guide us for work ideas, social group network in the areas also
