Been living in the land of barking dogs and blaring radios for 5 years now. 
Just found this blog and it looks cool.
Lived in Cancun for 3 years and moved to Coz about 2 years ago.

Hope to be of help if I can and just have some fun

Hey Jim,When you can sleep through the barking and listen to three blaring radios each tuned to a different station,and enjoy it,well,maybe someday but not yet.EARPLUGS,,a mans best friend.
