Hi all,

I have got job offers from both PHCC and Hamad. If I accept the hamad job then I will be working as a mobile doctor, my grade will be 115, I will be doing shift work 4 days on (12 hours) and 4 days off a week. Where as in Phcc, I will be working standard hours i.e. 8 hours on weekdays only. My dilemma is which organisation shall I go ahead with Hamad or PHCC? What is it like to work as a mobile doctor?
Comments from anybody whose has had personal experience from either organisations will be appreciated.
