Buying bikes in Phnom Penh

Where's the best place to shop for a basic sturdy bike for commuting around the city? I need to buy 4 for a family - thanks in advance for any advice!

For basic new.Heng Ly market on st 271 west(bit far out) or near Ou Ruessi market on st 182 off Monivong. Or there is a second hand shop on st 488 that sells adult bikes.( on the right coming from Monivong) ..

Just an info,used classic bike for women will be cost only 30$ made in Japan. For the new one with good quality take Giant n price will be more than 300$ for new one cheers.
