cost to build home in sumbawa

Hi.
We are looking at purchasing a small piece of land in Sumbawa and wondering how much we should allow for building a 2 bed 100 sq ft home plus basement. I'm aware that the devil is in the detail, but just a very rough cost range would be appreciated.
we are told that water and electric are nearby.

Are you married to an Indonesian and do you have a prenup stating you have no rights to any land you buy in Indonesia?

If not, could be a problem.

A solid structure for year round living.
