how to create ( make ) a Prived Limited company in Sri Lanka.
If you know some good sites about it , in French if it is possible ... I'll be very happy .
Thanks a lot to let me know how to do , because I receive different answer , and the informations are not the same , it depend who told me about that. Very difficult to know the true , and to follow the standard rules.
