Meeting other singles in Baku

Hello,

I don't want this to come off as cheesy, so bear with me.

I'm new to Baku, just moved here from another country not too far away and am interested in meeting someone. However, I'm not quite sure where to start and I don't think it's ever a good idea to date someone you work with. I figured this was as good a place as any to make a go of it. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm completely open to your ideas.
