Night life in Hai phong

I will relocate to Hai phong from Dubai very soon. Does anyone know some good places/forums to meet expat people in Hai phong.
Look forward to have bunch of good friends here. both local and expats.

Hai Phong? Night life??

They roll up the streets at midnight in Hanoi; though a few years ago closing time was 10pm, so that's an improvement. Expect the same in HP....
