My husband and I will soon be expats in Al Ain, for now we are only pats. We can't wait to explore new places and meet new people. We should be there around the 1st of December so keep your eyes and ears open, we'll be the couple with the freaked out look on our faces calmly strolling through the airport not making eye contact with anyone while asking directions to the nearest camel taxi. All this will be very new to us since neither of us have been to UAE before. So drop us a line, we'd love to hear from people that side.

Hi,

What's up?

Hospitalguy

Hi,

Drop me a line.  I'm an ex-pat living in Al Ain and meeting other ex-pats to socialise would be great.

I've been in the UAE for three years now.

Last year in Al Ain.  It's a lot different from Dubai where i was based in the first two years but you get used to it.

Hope to hear from you as you must have arrived by now and good luck with the UAE adventure.
