I understand and thanks for your quick response! However, could you please share with me whether  ADEC does have some teacher' s contracts renewed? This question stems from the fact that the way ADEC recruits, it seem to be desparate for teachers all the time.in my view I think once one fulfils his two year it is end of the story with ADEC hence why It is always out looking for educators. I know my assumption might be wrong, but the way many teachers move to UAE each month, I would have thought ADEC has its own way of maintaining consistency by retaining its teachers in everi possible way for sake of stability and continuity in education. If teachers are here todays and the next day they are gone, as far as education is concerned objectives are hardly attained because the employer keeps on hering, which forces process of induction time and again!

I don't know much about ADEC, but if your question is about the contract, I can give you the answer. The initial contract for all types of jobs in this country is for 2 years and it will be renewed after the completion of the contract. It's a procedure by law which is applicable to all employers. I mean it's not only to ADEC
