HI ALL,

I am in OMAN started working with a company here. i have given resignation and the notification period was 3 Months, now its more than 3 months and my employer not accepting my resignation. what to do

You should contact the Indian Embassy and lodge a formal complaint, and then do as they advice you.

Hi Sumitran,

Sir see they asked me to work for few more days till the find suitable guy, and also HR here he told you can go to Manpower also but we have right to keep you here untill we find other guy also company says you have to live on your own then we will not provide any accomodation nor any food to you.

I want to ask if its written in my contract that i have to give nootice period of 3 months and i have completed that,,manpower is not going to listen me? i want to go from here peacefully are they to listen to HR or company officials who can revert bacck the case on me.
