I suppose there are much different costs of having a newborn in a hospital here in Phil . But here were mine in a private hospital in Butuan .The mother had typical med insurance 2500pa year policy . She went to a clinic for about 5 checkups prior to the birth . The doctors clinic was just beside the hospital . She provided birth package 8000 p( as Long as it was a normal delivery . There was also a baby fee cost of 2500 p, which surprisingly was 80% refunded , ( that was because the mother went to insurance company and added baby Immediately to her policy ) so hospital refunded most and claimed it on insurance i suppose.Any medicine we payed for in hospital . Everything was normal birth so these were. The full cost of having a baby here . The mothers stay was. Only one 24 hour period was necessary in the hospital.

Yes the baby and Mother are doing well ... The care and professialism in the hospital was very good
