Saudi attestation of certificates

How can we find out the verification letter has been send back to Saudi arabian Cultural Attache New Delhi from our concerned university...Plase help

Your agent might be able to help or better to check the concerned person/ office in the university. I anyway needed a second letter as the first one apparently was not in the exact format as required by SACA.

Bro the university officer is saying to bring the details of verification letter from the agent as when it is sent to university but my agent is telling it is confidential the SACA will not give this details to any one what can i do now
