Hi All, I am Chandravijaysinh from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. I need some tips for Oman relocation. I have got offer for Oman location. The comapny is into Retail Industry, Landmark Group. How much OMR should I ask for? Please, suggest. My current CTC is 6 lacs P.a. so how much should I ask for?

Salary here depend on your position and experience in any company

you have already they taken interview ? you ask them first how much offering you

you like single or family status what ur position what ur qualification and experience all count for your salary package.

which level your position supervisor or manager ?

Thanks Mozammil, Its for Managreial Position with Landmark Group, they are into Retail Industry. I have got 8+ yrs of experience in Retail Industry throughout Managerial posts. I have done MBA, I am married and have one kid also. As per Indian Currency my Yearly package is 6 lacs. What is the minimum package I shpuld ask for ?
