Iqama name change

Iv out like to know the procedure to change name in iqama as my father's full name is added to the end of my name, this has been done in my visa and the sand is reflected in my iqama/muqeem.
I think this is because in my passport, they have mentioned only given name and no surname.

That's how it is in KSA.....
Your dad's name will be added and will be needed for everything you do in KSA including opening bank account, Driving license....Basically everything...So let it be...Only in KSA you'll have all these details...
And furthermore it's your dad's name right? Let it be there until and unless you've any issues with him...
