1. You shall requested the documents at embassies:

    a. Get the original birth certificate (valid for less than 3 months).

    b. Photocopy of identity card.
    c. Photocopy of the passport.
    d. Proof of residence (photocopy of telephone bills / electricity)

        for your residential address,
    e. Forms of embassies that have been filled out and signed by both the bride and groom.

2. Documents WNI (future wife):

    a. Original and photocopy of birth certificate.
    b. Photocopy of identity card.
    c. Photocopy of N1, N2 and N4 of the village
        - How to get a letter N1, N2 and N4:
          Go to the RT in your future wife area to ask for a letter has never been married
           The letters must be signed and stamped by RT and RW.
          Then go to Kelurahan. Your wife bring the letters with some copys of ID card, birth certificate,
            family cards KK and photos pasport sizes both . After that Kelurahan issued the N1, N2 and N4,
          then you have to go to the district KECAMATAN office to obtain signatures and Stamp.
