hi hope to move to tunisia preferable sousse for i year do i need `visa or permit to stay is accommodation expensive two bed apartment or one bed apartment thank you loretto

It depends if you take an appartment next to the city or maybe further. But, I can assure you that it is way less expensive in the winter. You can have a nice appartment for a good price. But, during the summer, when tourists come, they jack up the price like every city in the world when it is a busy period.
