Unless your salary is minimum RO 600 per month you won't be eligible for family visa. Accommodation is expensive in Muscat and you should ask Co to provide the same. It is possible that the Co may post you outside Muscat at another location and offer you bachelor's accomm. You should discuss and take in writing from Co your requirements post your wedding!

SBG is one of Oman's foremost business conglomerates.

They have very well defined structures, systems and processes in place regarding expatriate employees' salaries and benefits. You will not have much scope for any negotiations since it would all be pre-fixed.

Usually for any sales position, the salary offered would not be very high, but the incentives on performance would be. So the better you sell, the more money you can make. I guess it is the same across the world for all sales based jobs.
